Day 1

Tour itinerary

Guided city tour

During this tour you will see the main and most interesting sights of the city: Nevsky Prospekt, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Decembrists Square and the monument to Peter the Great, Smolny Cathedral, Strelka Vasilievsky Island and other attractions.

Peterhof Fountain Park and Gardens

Excursion to Peterhof with a visit to the Grand Palace and the Lower Park. You will visit one of the most grandiose palace and park complexes. You will take a fascinating tour to the Lower Park. The park is remarkable for its fountains and royal buildings, designed and partially executed under Peter the Great. You will also visit the Grand Palace - the main building of the Peterhof Palace and Park Ensemble, built in the style of "Peter's Baroque".

Pushkin: Catherine Palace & Amber room

Excursion to Pushkin with a visit to the Catherine Palace and park. During the tour you will visit the majestic Catherine Palace and see the famous Amber Room. The State Museum-Reserve Tsarskoye Selo is the former suburban residence of the imperial family, built by order of Peter I; a monument of world architecture and landscape art of the 18th - early 20th centuries.

Sapsan high-speed train to Moscow

Panoramic city drive tour

A sightseeing tour of the capital is a great opportunity to get acquainted with the city that originated in the XII century. You can see the most important historical monuments of Moscow and popular tourist places of our time.

You will visit the observation deck of the Vorobyovy Gory: admire the panorama of the "white stone" with its cathedrals, churches and palaces, carefully examine the main building of Moscow State University. Of course you will see the Novodevichy Convent where you can take photos with a unique look. Driving along the embankments of the Moscow River you will see the famous monument to Peter I and then stop at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior with its golden domes and a bronze sculpture.

After that you will find yourself on Red Square, you can see the GUM, the towers of the Kremlin and St. Basil's Cathedral. Even in the time of Ivan the Terrible, by his order, this magnificent monument of architecture began to be built in memory of the victory over the Kazan Khanate.

Tour of the Kremlin: Cathedrals

Moscow Kremlin is a stone chronicle of Russia. You will see Russian palaces of monarches, emperors, hierarchs of the Russian Orthodox Church, as well as the residence of the President of Russia.

You will pass through the territory of the Kremlin, will see outstanding monuments of ancient Russian architecture: the building of the Kremlin Palace and the Armory, Tsar bell, Tsar cannon, the complex of the Ivan the Great bell tower, the Church of deposition of the robe, the faceted chamber and the Patriarch's Palace. The tour includes a visit to one of the cathedrals: assumption, Annunciation or Archangel.

Walking tour of Red Square

The Red Square Tour will take you to the heart of Russia. Its history dates back to the distant past. Over the centuries, the square has changed its name many times. You will see the results of Soviet decisions and find out interesting facts about the square, the buildings and streets in the area of Red Square. You will walk down the same cobble stone which is used for annual military parades. Boat trip through the rivers and canals of St. Petersburg

You will be able to feel the unique atmosphere of the city's rivers and canals, ride under the vaults of St. Petersburg bridges and see the splendor and splendor of the main historical center of St. Petersburg: its palace part and main drawbridges! The boat will pass through the front part of the Neva River, through the Fontanka Canal, through the Kryukov Canal past the Mariinsky Theatre and the New Holland, through the Moika River under the colored bridges: Red, Blue and Green and through the Winter Groove will return to the Neva.

Visit of St. Isaac’s Cathedral

St. Isaac's Cathedral is one of the symbols of St. Petersburg. Its huge, brightly gilded dome glows from afar, towering above all the buildings of the city.

Tour to the State Hermitage museum

You will visit one of the largest museums in the world, which occupies five magnificent buildings located along the Neva Embankment in the very center of St. Petersburg. For more than 240 years, the Hermitage has assembled one of the largest collections, numbering about three million works of art and monuments of world culture, from the Stone Age to our century. The treasures collected here introduce the works of many dozens of countries and peoples of the East and West.

Yusupov Palace

The Yusupov Palace is a unique architectural ensemble of styles from the XVIII to XX century. Today the Yusupov Palace is one of the few aristocratic mansions where you can experience ambiance of luxurious life of the Yusupov family. This popular and yet mysterious palace in St. Petersburg, embellished with enchanting designs, is believed to be the location where Prince Yusupov murdered Grigori Rasputin in 1916.
