Peter and Paul Fortress and Cathedral
Peter and Paul Fortress will take you back to the days of the city’s founder Peter the Great. This was the city’s original citadel and was established by the Peter I on May 1703 to protect Saint Petersburg form the Swedes. The most attractive landmark within the Peter and Paul Fortress is the Peter and Paul Cathedral which is the oldest church in Saint Petersburg. This cathedral is houses of tombs of the Romanov monarchs. During your visit you will explore this beautiful sight and enjoy the great views on Neva river.
Tour to the State Hermitage museum
You will visit one of the largest museums in the world, which occupies five magnificent buildings located along the Neva Embankment in the very center of St. Petersburg. For more than 240 years, the Hermitage has assembled one of the largest collections, numbering about three million works of art and monuments of world culture, from the Stone Age to our century. The treasures collected here introduce the works of many dozens of countries and peoples of the East and West.
Pushkin: Catherine Palace & Amber room
Excursion to Pushkin with a visit to the Catherine Palace and park. During the tour you will visit the majestic Catherine Palace and see the famous Amber Room. The State Museum-Reserve Tsarskoye Selo is the former suburban residence of the imperial family, built by order of Peter I; a monument of world architecture and landscape art of the 18th - early 20th centuries.
A visit to The Field of Mars square
The Field of Mars is the largest memorial park complex in the center of Saint Petersburg. It is located in the heart of the city and is a cult place, which is visited by people to remember the fallen soldiers as well as enjoy the magnificent scenery of this wonderful site.
The Monument to the Victims of Political Repression
The 20th century was a severe test for Russia. The most massive state terror occurred in 1937-1938. The state has shot hundreds of its own citizens, sent millions behind bars. And this went on for two-thirds of a century. To preserve the memory of the victims for ages, there was created the Monument to the Victims of Political Repressions. It was opened in 1995 and became a symbol of those horrific decades.

The Museum of the Siege of Leningrad is St. Petersburg's first military museum
From 8 September 1941 to 17 January 1944 the city of Leningrad was living the most harrowing period - the 900 days’ blockade. For 2.5 years, the citizens of Leningrad suffered chronic privations and constant bombardment. They were lack of food supplies, with no fuel during the winter and suffering from all kind of diseases which were at epidemic levels. Over 700,000 civilians died during the Blockade. A memorial museum was established around the current site immediately after the end of the blockade
The Museum of Political History of Russia
The State Museum of Political History of Russia was founded in 1919. You will learn about political, economic, and social life of Russian society of the 19 - 21 centuries. Museum collection is around 500 000 objects. The exposition "Soviet Epoch Between Utopia and Reality" is dedicated to daily life of people in USSR in times of Stalin, Khrushchev and Brezhnev. You can see a typical kitchen of communal flat, a cabinet of bureaucrat of 1940-50s, can hear about attitude to religion and art in Soviet society, about prisoners of GULAG and dissident movement.
Peterhof Fountain Park and Gardens
Excursion to Peterhof with a visit to the Grand Palace and the Lower Park. You will visit one of the most grandiose palace and park complexes. You will take a fascinating tour to the Lower Park. The park is remarkable for its fountains and royal buildings, designed and partially executed under Peter the Great. You will also visit the Grand Palace - the main building of the Peterhof Palace and Park Ensemble, built in the style of "Peter's Baroque".
